Exchange Policy

This Exchange Policy outlines how you can exchange a product/service purchased through our Platform. Please read carefully to understand the terms.

Exchange Requests
  • Eligibility for Exchange: Exchange requests will only be considered if made within 7 days of placing the order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.

  • Ineligibility for Exchange: Exchanges may not be accepted if the order has been communicated to the seller/merchant or shipped, or if the product is already out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

Damaged or Defective Products
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. The issue will be reviewed by the seller/merchant to confirm the defect before any exchange is processed.

  • If the product does not match the description or your expectations, you must inform our customer service team within 7 days of receiving it. We will review your complaint and, if valid, proceed with an exchange.

Exchange Process
  • Timeline for Exchange: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, your exchange request will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Exchange Approval: If the product is eligible for exchange, we will notify you via email. The exchanged product will be shipped to you within 10 business days of approval.

  • Non-returnable Products: Some products, such as festive hampers or customized artwork, are exempt from exchanges. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds: We do not offer refunds. However, approved exchanges will be processed as per the policy. In cases where refunds are necessary, they will follow the standard payment policy and may take 7 business days to process back to the original payment method.
