This Exchange Policy outlines how you can exchange a product/service purchased through our Platform. Please read carefully to understand the terms.
Exchange Requests
Eligibility for Exchange: Exchange requests will only be considered if made within 7 days of placing the order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.
Ineligibility for Exchange: Exchanges may not be accepted if the order has been communicated to the seller/merchant or shipped, or if the product is already out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. The issue will be reviewed by the seller/merchant to confirm the defect before any exchange is processed.
If the product does not match the description or your expectations, you must inform our customer service team within 7 days of receiving it. We will review your complaint and, if valid, proceed with an exchange.
Exchange Process
Timeline for Exchange: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, your exchange request will be processed within 10 business days.
Exchange Approval: If the product is eligible for exchange, we will notify you via email. The exchanged product will be shipped to you within 10 business days of approval.
Non-returnable Products: Some products, such as festive hampers or customized artwork, are exempt from exchanges. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds: We do not offer refunds. However, approved exchanges will be processed as per the policy. In cases where refunds are necessary, they will follow the standard payment policy and may take 7 business days to process back to the original payment method.
